Men's Shed North Shore is a Not for Profit Community Workshop Complex on the Elliott Reserve, Bayview, that is open to adults to join and use the well equipped facility for both personal work and to assist in undertaking community projects in a organised social environment.
The workshop has a comprehensive range of hand tools and is equipped with up to date machinery that can accommodate just about any job. It is also fitted with dust extraction systems with items of personal safety available. Some even say we're set up better than many commercial workshops.
Again, this workshop would be the envy of many commercial operations and can handle just about any light engineering projects. There's a complete range of welding gear for most types of work, including the latest computer controlled equipment. We also have everything you need for building and repairs.
The Tech Space is a area for projects that involve computers, electronics, and digital media. It may also be used for crafts or hobby work which require a clean or dust free environment. It is is constantly evolving with new equipment and facilities being added all the time.

You need to be familiar with the rules and be available to attend a short induction course upon joining.
